In-Store Pickup Procedure (Staff Guidelines)

1. Order Processing:

  • Monitor the online order dashboard throughout your shift.
  • Prioritize orders placed before 12:00 PM for same-day pickup.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM should be prepared for pickup the next business day.

2. Notification Protocol:

  • Do not release any order until the customer receives a pickup confirmation email.
  • Ensure all items are verified and in good condition before sending confirmation.

3. Customer Pickup Verification:

  • Customers must present a valid receipt (printed or digital) and a piece of official ID.
  • Match the name on the ID with the order details.
  • Cross-check the order with the packing list before releasing the product.
  • Have the customer sign off on the pickup.

Same-Day Delivery Procedure (Staff Guidelines)

1. Order Cutoff & Eligibility:

  •  Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

2. Delivery Fee & Area Coverage:

  • Delivery fee is $35, regardless of order size.

Areas we deliver to include: Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver
Richmond, Burnaby, Delta, Surrey
Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam 

3. Delivery Timing:

  • Delivery window is between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Orders must be packaged and ready for dispatch no later than 1:00 PM.

4. Customer Communication & Confirmation:

  • Send delivery confirmation emails with any applicable time estimates.
  • Request a signature upon delivery whenever possible.
  • If left in a designated drop-off location (e.g., porch or front desk), staff or drivers must take a photo as proof and send it back to the store for records.

5. System Update:

  •  Mark the order as “Delivered” only after a signature or delivery photo has been logged.

These procedures must be followed consistently to ensure accurate fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and inventory tracking.
