1. Introduction
ReGolf Co. ("ReGolf," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind the quality of our pre-owned golf equipment. This Warranty Information document outlines the warranty coverage, limitations, and claim procedures for products purchased from ReGolf.
Our warranty reflects industry-standard practices for pre-owned golf equipment retailers while maintaining ReGolf's commitment to trust, transparency, and customer confidence.
2. 30-Day Limited Warranty on Pre-Owned Golf Clubs
2.1 Warranty Coverage
ReGolf provides a 30-day limited warranty on all pre-owned golf clubs (drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters) purchased from our store or website.
This warranty covers:
- Structural defects in clubheads (cracks, breaks, separations)
- Shaft defects (cracks, breaks, structural failures)
- Hosel or ferrule failures (separation, cracking)
- Manufacturing defects not disclosed at the time of purchase
- Material failures inconsistent with the product's condition rating
2.2 Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for 30 days. To qualify for warranty coverage, defects must be reported within this 30-day period.
2.3 What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including grip wear, cosmetic scratches, paint chips, bag chatter, or finish deterioration
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Damage from accidents, improper storage, or environmental conditions (rust, corrosion from moisture exposure)
- Loss of distance, performance changes, or subjective dissatisfaction with club performance
- Cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the product description or condition rating
- Products sold "as-is" or marked "final sale" (see Section 4)
- Grips, headcovers, and accessories (see Section 3)
- Products purchased from third parties or unauthorized resellers
3. Warranty Coverage for Accessories
3.1 Golf Bags
Pre-owned golf bags carry a 14-day limited warranty covering structural defects such as:
- Broken or non-functional zippers (if not disclosed at purchase)
- Strap or handle failures due to defective materials
- Stand mechanism failures (for stand bags)
Not covered: Normal wear, cosmetic damage, staining, minor scuffs, or issues disclosed at the time of sale.
3.2 Golf Balls, Grips, Headcovers, and Other Accessories
Golf balls, grips, headcovers, gloves, tees, towels, and other accessories are sold without warranty unless otherwise stated. These items are typically sold in used condition and are final sale.
3.3 New or Unused Products
Any new or unused products sold by ReGolf may be covered by the manufacturer's original warranty, if applicable. Manufacturer warranty terms are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to the manufacturer's policies, not ReGolf's.
4. "As-Is" Products and Final Sale Items
4.1 "As-Is" Designation
Some products are sold "as-is" with specific condition disclosures (e.g., cracked clubface, visible shaft wear, damaged grips, broken zippers). These products are clearly marked as "as-is" at the time of sale.
"As-is" products are sold without warranty and are not eligible for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges, except as required by law.
4.2 Disclosure and Acknowledgment
When purchasing "as-is" products, you acknowledge that:
- You have been informed of the product's condition and defects
- You accept the product in its current state
- You waive any warranty claims related to disclosed defects
4.3 Final Sale Items
Products marked "final sale" (typically clearance or heavily discounted items) are not eligible for warranty coverage, returns, or exchanges unless the product has undisclosed defects that constitute a breach of consumer protection law.
5. Warranty Claim Process
5.1 Reporting a Defect
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a warranty claim:

Step 2: Provide Required Information
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or order confirmation email)
- Description of the defect and when it was discovered
- Photos showing the defect (for online claims)
- Product details (brand, model, condition rating at purchase)
5.2 Inspection and Assessment
Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will:
- Review the information and photos provided
- Request the product be returned to our store for inspection (if necessary)
- Assess whether the defect is covered under warranty
- Provide a resolution within 7 business days of receiving the product
For in-store purchases or local customers: Bring the product to our store for immediate inspection.
For online purchases or remote customers: We will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is determined to be covered under warranty, in which case we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
5.3 Resolution Options
If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement: Exchange for an equivalent product of similar condition, brand, and value
- Repair: Professional repair of the defect (e.g., reshafting, ferrule replacement) at no cost to you
- Refund: Full refund of the purchase price
- Store Credit: Store credit for the purchase price, valid for one year
Our choice of remedy will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and your preference.
5.4 Warranty Claim Denial
If we determine that the defect is not covered under warranty (e.g., due to misuse, normal wear, or undisclosed damage), we will notify you and explain the reason for denial. You may choose to:
- Have the product returned to you at your expense
- Request a repair estimate (repair costs would be your responsibility)
- Donate or dispose of the product (if you choose not to have it returned)
