4.1 Pre-Owned Golf Equipment
ReGolf specializes in pre-owned golf equipment. All Products are carefully inspected and graded based on condition. Product descriptions, photographs, and condition ratings are provided for informational purposes and represent our best assessment at the time of listing.
4.2 Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of all Products. However:
Colors, images, and product details may vary slightly from actual Products due to screen settings, lighting, and photography
Pre-owned Products may show normal signs of wear consistent with their condition rating
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current
4.3 Inventory and Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. Due to the unique nature of pre-owned inventory:
Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
Inventory listed online may not be available in-store and vice versa
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any Product at any time
If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will notify you and issue a full refund
4.4 Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:
Change prices at any time without prior notice
Correct pricing errors on our Website or in promotional materials
Cancel or refuse Orders placed at incorrect prices due to technical or human error
If a pricing error occurs after you place an Order, we will notify you and provide the option to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel the Order for a full refund.

We accept your Order and send you an order confirmation email(for online orders), or
We complete the transaction and provide a receipt (for in-store purchases)
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Pricing or product description errors
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

All online payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you:

We may verify payment information and conduct fraud prevention checks before processing your Order. If we cannot verify your payment details or suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your Order and notify you.
6. Shipping and Delivery (Online Orders)
6.1 Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer shipping within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Selected shipping method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we make an error in fulfilling your Order.
6.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (if applicable)
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you
6.3 Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
6.4 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for Products purchased online pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@regolfco.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6.5 International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
7.1 Return Policy Overview
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible Products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns are accepted for both online and in-store purchases.
7.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, Products must:
Be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
Be in the same condition as when received (unused, undamaged, with original tags if applicable)
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number)
Non-returnable Products:

Products that have been altered, customized, or damaged after purchase

7.3 Return Process
For Online Orders:

Provide your order number and reason for return
We will provide return instructions and a return authorization(if applicable)
Ship the Product back to us using a trackable shipping method(you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)
Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will process your refund or exchange

7.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned Product.
Refund Details:
We will refund the purchase price of the Product
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)
If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving the returned Product, please contact us at info@regolfco.com.
7.5 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same or different Products of equal or greater value. If the replacement Product is of greater value, you will be responsible for the price difference. If the replacement Product is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference or provide store credit at your discretion.
7.6 Store Credit
At our discretion, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit:
Is valid for one year from the date of issuance
Can be used for in-store or online purchases
Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
7.7 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@regolfco.com or(604) 282-1168. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
To expedite the process, please provide:

Photos of the damaged or defective Product
A description of the issue
7.8 Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
8. Trade-Ins
8.1 Trade-In Program
ReGolf offers a trade-in program for used golf equipment. Trade-in values are assessed in-store based on:
Product condition
Brand and model
Current market demand
Our inventory needs
8.2 Trade-In Terms
Trade-in values are provided as estimates and may change upon in-person inspection
Trade-in credit is issued as store credit and can be used immediately for purchases
Trade-in credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in at our sole discretion
Once a trade-in is accepted and credit is issued, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed
9. Warranty and Disclaimers
9.1 Limited Warranty on Pre-Owned Products
ReGolf provides a 30-day limited warranty on pre-owned golf clubs purchased from us. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that were not disclosed at the time of sale.
Warranty Coverage:
Structural defects (cracked clubheads, broken shafts, separated ferrules)
Manufacturing defects not consistent with normal wear
Warranty Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear (grip wear, cosmetic scratches, paint chips)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
Products sold "as-is" or marked "final sale"
Products altered or repaired by third parties after purchase
Warranty Process:
Contact us within 30 days of purchase with photos and a description of the defect
We will assess the issue and, if covered, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion
9.2 "As-Is" Products
Some Products may be sold "as-is" with specific condition disclosures. These Products are sold without warranty and are not eligible for return or exchange except as required by law.
9.3 No Extended Warranties
We do not offer extended warranties beyond the 30-day limited warranty. Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable to new or unused Products) are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
9.4 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN SECTION 9.1.
WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of product descriptions

Pre-owned Products may have imperfections consistent with their age and prior use. Condition ratings and descriptions are provided for informational purposes but do not constitute a warranty.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGOLF CO., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of Products (except where caused by our negligence or breach of statutory obligations)
Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
Damages arising from third-party conduct, including shipping carriers, payment processors, or other service providers
10.2 Cap on Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services or purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
10.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of statutory obligations that cannot be excluded or limited by law
10.4 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set forth in this Section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are fundamental elements of the bargain between you and ReGolf. We would not provide the Services or sell Products without these limitations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReGolf Co., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your use of our Services or Products
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Your fraudulent or illegal conduct
Any content or information you submit through our Services
12. Intellectual Property

You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
You consent to the use of your likeness, name, and content as described above
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Website or servers

Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or ReGolf staff

17.4 Waiver of Class Actions
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
