At ReGolf, with our store returns policy, we want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day play guarantee allows you to test and assess your golf equipment thoroughly. 

1. Trial Period: Try your purchased items for up to 30 days return policy

2. Refund Options: If unsatisfied for any reason, return the items within this period for a full refund to the original payment method or as ReGolf store credit.

1. Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Purchase with confidence
2. Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in the condition received. New items must be unused and in original packaging; preowned items should show no additional wear. 
3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of $50 applies to all returns. Additional fees may apply if: 
   1. The item(s) returned in lesser condition than sold (30% restocking fee applies)
   2. More than one return of the same item type within a year (30% restocking fee for items returned altered, like re-gripped or customized clubs).
4. Shipping Charges: Original Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or ReGolf errors.

1. Online Return Center: Easily initiate returns through your ReGolf account, or contact our customer service for assistance if you checked out as a guest. 
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We recommend requesting an RMA to streamline the return process and ensure accurate processing. 

• Preowned and Second Chance Porducts: Returns of these items are accepted under the 30-day policy, but refunds for these items are provided as ReGolf credit only. 
•  Customized Items: Returns of customized, personalized, or final sale items are genearlly not accepted unless defective upon receipt.
• Limitations: Limit of two returns per original purchase. Additional returns may require new transactions.
