ReGolf Return, Exchange & Testing Policy
Return Policy
Customers may return eligible products for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
-The item must be in the original condition as sold, with no signs of additional wear, damage, or modification.
-A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
-Customers must present the original purchase receipt.
-Refunds are not available for final sale items, promotional items, or clearance products.
-Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.
-Items returned without original packaging or accessories may be rejected.
Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange products within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
-The original receipt must be presented at the time of exchange.
-The product must be in unused and original condition, with no wear, alterations, or damage.
-Exchanges are not available for clearance items, final sale items, or customized/modified products.
-In-store exchanges are valid for items of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
-Exchanges for online orders must follow ReGolf’s shipping and processing guidelines.
Testing Policy for Golf Clubs
ReGolf offers customers the opportunity to test clubs before committing to a purchase. To ensure responsible use, the following testing conditions apply:
-Customers must leave a valid government-issued photo ID with a staff member before testing begins.
-Customers must sign a testing waiver acknowledging that they will be held responsible for the full purchase price of the club if it is damaged, altered, or broken during the test.
-Clubs must be returned in the same condition they were issued.
-Testing is supervised and time-limited, and must take place on approved facilities only.
-ReGolf reserves the right to deny or terminate testing privileges at any time.
Additional Notes
-Staff will inspect all returned or exchanged items thoroughly before approval.
-ReGolf maintains the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our conditions.
-All policies are subject to change without prior notice.
